Forte Architecture + Design is architect for a new 12-unit multi-family development in Boston, presently in zoning approvals.

This project will transform a site occupied by storage buildings in a state of disrepair into much-needed rental housing in Jamaica Plain. Two affordable dwelling units will be created, and the owner has committed to maintaining rents for the remaining units at 10 to 15% below market.

The building is designed to meet or exceed 'Healthy Homes' standards and incorporates many sustainable design principles and energy-efficient features.
